Mike Tamas As the National Director of Training for American Financial & Automotive Services, Inc., Mike Tamas and his team spend their time helping automobile dealerships develop their full potential. Mike's retail career began in 1985. He has spent the last twelve years of his career focusing on the retail automotive industry. Mike has held the position of salesperson, business manager, and sales director. Mike directed his focus to automotive consulting and development more than seven years ago. He has spoken at state conventions and dealer meetings. |

Tony Dupaquier As Director of F&I Training for American Financial & Automotive Services, Inc., Tony Dupaquier is responsible for the material, direction, and marketing for the F&I training curriculum. He conducts approximately 20 one-week F&I Intensives and also holds Menu Selling Workshops, Legal Seminars, and AFIP Certification Courses. Tony started his retail sales career in 1989 as a salesperson in Lake Jackson, Texas. Before joining the American Financial team in 2000, Tony was employed by two dealerships in the positions of salesperson, business manager, fleet sales manager, general sales manager, and general manager. During Tony's retail sales career, he was consistently a top producer. Tony is a multi-year recipient of the GM Mark of Excellence Award. In 1995, Tony earned the prestigious title of Nissan National Walk-Around Champion.

Dwayne Wiggins
Dwayne Wiggins is a native Texan who started his automotive career at a
Houston area dealership in 1989. Prior to joining the American Financial
team, Dwayne was employed as a key manager within the same
dealership for 10 years. Throughout his 15 years in the industry, he has
held the positions of salesperson, assistant fleet manager, accessories
department head, sales manager for both new and pre-owned, and sales
director. He has received numerous sales awards, including the Houston
Auto Show Salesman of the Year, multiple Chevrolet Legion of Leaders and
Truck Honor Club awards, and Mazda's Presidents Guild award. Dwayne joined the
Automotive Training Academy with the idea of passing on his vast knowledge of successful
retail selling to a new generation of sales professionals. His goal is to inspire his students to
utilize the knowledge needed to achieve the same type of success that he has been able
enjoy throughout his career. |
