No, tuition does not include lodging or travel arrangements. Each dealership is responsible for any necessary arrangements. For courses held at the corporate training facility in The Woodlands, Texas, a room block with a corporate discounted rate is available at The Woodlands Waterway Marriott Hotel & Convention Center for your convenience. A credit card is mandatory to guarantee your reservation.

Contact the Automotive Training Academy at 800.967.3633 no less than three (3) business days prior to the first day of training; cancellation fees apply. If utilizing The Woodlands Waterway Marriott Hotel & Convention Center, your cancellation notice is required to the hotel no less than three (3) business days (M-F) prior to the first night of your stay. Failure to do so will result in cancellation charges equivalent to a five-night stay.
