Sales Management Training

Managers are required to fill many roles within a dealership. In addition to running the day-to-day operations of the store, managers must also oversee a dealership's profitability, compliance, and human resource issues. To help managers effectively manage these matters, the Sales Management seminar addresses a wide range of topics related to the position. As an added bonus, the Negotiation workshop is also presented to managers attending this seminar.
