Sales Training

Sales professionals provide more impact to a dealership when they use salesmanship to sell vehicles rather than selling special incentives. To maximize a salesperson's effectiveness in the dealership, the Sales seminar helps attendees develop the skills needed to produce satisfied and repeat customers.

This hands-on workshop is structured for sales professionals of all levels. Special emphasis is placed on interviewing the customer, overcoming up-front objections, finding the right vehicle the first time, presenting the vehicle, soliciting a cash down payment, and using highly effective negotiation and closing techniques.

Salespeople will develop the skills and knowledge to:

  • Build rapport with customers
  • Read and understand verbal and nonverbal communication
  • Properly present the right vehicle the first time
  • Solicit a cash down payment from customers and demonstrate the benefits to the customer
  • Conduct proper trade evaluations
  • Obtain customer commitment
  • Maximize CSI through vehicle delivery
  • Conduct a successful follow-up campaign
  • Prospect to increase the dealership's customer base
