Sales professionals provide more impact to a dealership when they use salesmanship to sell vehicles rather than selling special incentives. To maximize a salesperson's effectiveness in the dealership, the Sales seminar helps attendees develop the skills needed to produce satisfied and repeat customers.
This hands-on workshop is structured for sales professionals of all levels. Special emphasis is placed on interviewing the customer, overcoming up-front objections, finding the right vehicle the first time, presenting the vehicle, soliciting a cash down payment, and using highly effective negotiation and closing techniques.
