Phone Skills Training

Sales professionals need a special set of skills to successfully represent a dealership via the telephone. Giving away too much information can put the dealership at a disadvantage, and if the call is not handled correctly, the customer can move to the next dealership in a matter of seconds.

The Phone Skills workshop presents participants with a guide to effectively handle incoming sales calls.
